Peanut Chicken Soup

  • ○ Ingredients ○

    • 100 g peanuts
    • 200 g chicken breast
    • 100 g butter
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 1 liter chicken broth
    • 100 g sour cream
  • ○ Preparation ○

    1. In a pot, stir flour in butter. Wet with chicken broth and boil.
    2. Crush the chicken breast with sour cream.
    3. Roast peanuts, crush and incorporate in the soup.
    4. Cook until the soup takes a creamy texture.
    5. Add salt and spices at will.
