  • ○ Ingredients ○

    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cans of condensed milk
    • 2 cans of milk (use the same can from the condensed milk as a measure)
    • 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar

  • ○ Preparation ○

    1. Caramelize a non-stick baking pan with the sugar:

    Put the sugar in the pan and over a burner on low heat. When the sugar starts to melt, lift the pan so that it is close to the heat but not directly touching the burner. This prevents the sugar from burning! As the sugar melts and becomes a syrup, spread it around the pan until the bottom and sides are covered. Set the pan aside.

    2. Put the other ingredients in the blender and mix for about 2 minutes.

    3. Pour this mixture into the caramelized baking pan and bake in a water bath at 410° F for about 1 hour or until firm.
