  • ○ Preparation ○

    1. In a large frying pan, put the bacon to fry without adding any oil. Start with a low heat!

    2. Add the sausage.

    3. When the sausage and bacon are golden brown, add the butter and the chopped onion and sautée for a few minutes.

    4. Add the salt.

    5. Add the cassava flour and keep stirring on a low heat until the flour is a light golden colour.
    Do not overcook, or the flour will taste burned!

    6. Shortly before removing from the heat, add the parsley and stir for one more minute, be careful not to burn the flour.

    7. Remove from heat and add the boiled eggs.
