Kepta duona su suriu (Lithuanian garlic/cheese bread)

○ Ingredients ○

• Pumpernickel or rye bread
• Shredded mozzarella cheese
• Olive oil
• Fresh garlic
• Mayonnaise
• Salt

○ Directions ○

• Slice up bread and fry both sides in pan of olive oil.

• Spread on cookie sheet (you can line with foil paper)

• Salt pieces and rub each side with garlic

• Spread mayonnaise on up side of each slice

• Cover each slice with shredded mozzarella cheese

• Put in over heated to 350 °F and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

• Serve
