Middle-Eastern Food - Appetizers

Tahini

  • ○ Ingredients ○

    • 3 cups Sesame paste
    • 1 cup pine nuts (not mandatory but adds a lot)
    • 4 lemons
    • 1 bunch parsley
    • Salt
    • 2 garlic heads (not 2 garlic cloves)
    • Olive oil
    • Spices: zaatar, cayenne pepper, etc.

  • ○ Ingredients ○

    • 3 cups bulgur
    • 6 bunches parsley
    • 2 bunch mint
    • 4 bunches (not single) green onion
    • ¼ cup olive oi
    • 15 small cucumbers (they are baby cucumbers, softer, thinner skin, not like the foot long big cucumbers- found anywhere- I think better to buy in Costco if they have)
    • 12 tomatoes
    • garlic
    ○ bowl
