     → preferably from Costco Liberte Greek Yogurt
    • 1 bunch dill
    • 1 bunch mint
    • 2 garlic heads
    • Salt, pepper
    • 3 bunches green onions
    • Olive oil
    ○ bowl


Pitas

  • ○ Ingredients ○

    • 15 pitas
    • Olive oil
    • 1 head garlic
    • 1 packet of za’atar (yes, another packet :P)
    • 4 cans of Israeli pickles in brine
    ○ 4 baking trays
